Damon Burns is a New Orleans native with executive leadership and entrepreneurship experience spanning the areas of investment banking, economic development, climate sustainability, and financial technology. His professional career began in 2004 and includes time with financial institutions, a financial technology startup, and public sector organizations. Since July 2016, he has served as Chief Executive Officer of Finance New Orleans, a quasi-governmental green financial institution with a vision and mission to invest in affordable housing and economic development projects that create a more climate resilience New Orleans for all.
